JPS is the only Hampshire based Plumbing, Gas and Electrical Company that has 100% transparent charges and we have a clear, upfront, open and honest pricing system. Our rates are clearly shown below and our friendly and helpful staff will make customers fully aware of our rates at the time they book their job. Our pricing is ‘middle of the road’ but our service is second to none.
The Prices Below are for the first hour, this price includes Investigating and Diagnosing the problem, and our first hour of labour. 90% of jobs are completed within this first hour, however if it goes over this hour we charge in 15minute increments. All our Engineers carry Standard parts on their vans and we always do our best to repair on the first visit. If a specific part is required that needs to be ordered then we will take all the necessary details and quote you while on site or send you an estimate via email to return and repair. You will still be charged for the first visit to investigate and diagnose the problem at the full hourly rate, even if we have diagnosed the problem within 15min of arrival.

# During a boiler or cylinder service as per manufacture instructions the PRV will be tested this can course the PRV to fail in which case there would be an additional charge for this.

Our Rates: we charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments (most other companies charge in half hours.) Rates exclude materials and Include VAT
Fixed Prices * can be given if requested either verbal or a written quotation by the engineer before work commences and Include VAT
Materials supplied by JPS Plumbing will be charged at trade price plus 20% mark up.
The Invoice presented will clearly show a full description of the work carried out.
Payment must be made in full by Credit card, Debit card or Cheque to the engineer upon receipt of invoice.
We do not charge for travelling or Parking– we have no hidden charges.
